All Immunotec purchases made through our site follow the company’s official return policy, which includes a 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee for Retail and AutoShip Customers on most products, less shipping and handling. Products generally must be returned unopened, unused, and in saleable condition to qualify for a refund.
Immunotec also provides a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order, during which eligible customers can return unopened products for a full refund, with return shipping paid by the customer.
